Last Updated: April 19, 2026

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hopehouse Travel Agency website, inquiry forms, consultations, and all travel, education placement, recruitment, or related services provided by Hopehouse Travel Agency ("Hopehouse", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Scope of Services

Hopehouse Travel Agency provides advisory, planning, documentation support, coordination, and facilitation services in the areas of travel, tourism, education placements, and related programs.

Important: Submitting an inquiry or consultation request does not create a confirmed booking, job placement, visa approval, admission, or any guaranteed outcome. All final decisions regarding visas, admissions, employment offers, and entry into any country remain solely with the relevant government authorities, embassies, educational institutions, or employers.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times during consultations, applications, and service requests.
  • Ensure all travel documents, passports, academic certificates, and other required materials are valid, genuine, and up to date.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, visa requirements, and immigration regulations of the destination country.
  • Review all service proposals, quotations, and agreements carefully before making any payment.
  • Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your application or travel plans.

Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Any applicable service fees, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be clearly communicated to you before you enter into a paid engagement. Payment is required as per the agreed schedule.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of engagement.

Please note: Hopehouse Travel Agency does not guarantee refunds for services where work has already commenced or where third-party costs have been incurred.

Third-Party Services and External Providers

Our services often involve coordination with third parties, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, educational institutions, recruitment agencies, visa processing centers, embassies, and ground transport providers.

These third parties have their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, schedules, and cancellation rules, which will apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of such third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopehouse Travel Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, educational institutions, or employers.
  • Changes in laws, policies, or requirements by any government or institution.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
  • Delays, cancellations, or alterations by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or political unrest.
  • Any loss of opportunity, income, or other indirect losses.

Our total liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by you to Hopehouse Travel Agency for the specific service in question.
